Feb 21, 2017Change Healthcare is pleased to announce effective immediately several new Payers accepting Dental Claims and Electronic Remittance Advice.
New ECP Payers:
- EmblemHealth/GHI (Group Health Inc.) New York (Payer 13551) now accepts electronic claims as a secondary insurance carrier.

*If you don't currently see a Payer above listed in your XLDent Payer list, you may enter it in the Payer ID field manually. Also enter NOCD in the Payer Office field.
New and Updated Real-Time Eligibility Payers:
- United Healthcare Dental
- United Healthcare Student Resources
- United Healthcare River Valley
- Sierra Health Services. Note: This payer requires that the provider register for the eligibility service prior to submitting requests. Providers can register for eligibility by contacting Sierra Health at 866-253-8378.

- AARP Dental Insurance Plan
New ERA Payers:

Enrollment with DentaQuest must be completed at https://www.dentaquest.com/era-enrollment/ to receive ERAs.
