United Healthcare Dental payer ID 52133 requires providers be enrolled for EFT prior to requesting enrollment in ERA. The provider will need to call Optum Health Financial Services SM Electronic Payments and Statements (EPS) Customer Support at 1-866-842-3278 and select prompt 5 for enrollment instructions.
