Update Regarding Claim Submission Services
Mar 06, 2024We are working closely with UnitedHealth to implement an alternative clearinghouse solution. Our development team is hard at work to provide this solution as quickly as we can.
We will have an update on our progress on an alternative clearinghouse solution on Monday, March 11, 2024.
We also wanted to provide an update regarding temporary funding assistance provided by UnitedHealth. As UnitedHealth continues to work toward restoration of Change Healthcare services, additional temporary funding programs are being rolled out.
However, Optum Pay may not apply to all providers. In light of this information, an additional funding program for those unable to process claims is expected to be announced on Friday.
