Real-Time Eligibility Update:
Delta Dental of California, Delta Dental Insurance Company, Delta Dental of Pennsylvania, and affiliate companies are implementing new eligibility response protocols. This means more standardization of eligibility responses for these carriers. Real-time eligibility will reduce phone calls and offer faster, more robust information electronically.
