On the morning of Thursday, June 19 there was a widespread issue affecting XLConnect. While the issue has been resolved, during this time some patients may have received a message with an incorrect office name. Be assured that no patient information was shared or compromised. This was resolved at 8:33 AM CST. All messages sent after that time are correct and we continue to closely monitor XLConnect to be sure it's stabilized.
