Change Healthcare Cyberattack 2.28.2024 Update
Feb 28, 20242.28.2024 4:00pm CST Update: As you may be aware on February 21, 2024, UnitedHealth experienced a malicious cyberattack which affected their Change Healthcare operations. Immediate action was taken by UnitedHealth to protect provider and patient data which meant disconnecting systems to prevent the impact to you and your patients.
We understand this disruption to your business and are in constant communication with Change Healthcare as they work to bring systems back online. Our dedicated CHC partner representative will be meeting with our leadership team on Thursday, February 29 to discuss potential solutions for XLDent customers. We will post an update on Friday, March 1st.

2.27.2024 6:00pm CST Update: As the malicious cyberattack on Change Healthcare continues to disrupt our nation's healthcare system, we wanted to share an update with you. The parent company, UnitedHealth has been providing us with daily status updates as to the work they are performing to bring systems back online while ensuring the safety of our providers and their patients.

2.22.2024 1:30pm CST Update: Change Healthcare is experiencing an interruption in service as the result of a cyber security issue. Once they became aware of the outside threat, in the interest of protecting partners and patients, immediate action was taken to disconnect systems to prevent further impact.
Services impacted:
All Change Healthcare services are currently unavailable. This includes XLDent Electronic Claims, Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Real-Time Eligibility, Claim Attachments, and eStatements. As one of the largest clearinghouses in the U.S., this outage is wide-reaching and CHC is working to restore services as quickly and safely as possible.
