Sep 09, 2019Efforts to align all electronic transactions to support TLS 1.2 are actively underway. If you are on a version of XLDent prior to 18.0.0.xxx, an update to your eClaims processing application is needed to support TLS 1.2. The eClaims application is updated automatically by installing your current XLDent Update version 18.5.0.140 via the XLDent Update Email distributed to all current Software Assurance customers. Please contact XLDent Support to have the Email re-sent if you cannot locate it.
If you are unable to install XLDent Update 18.5.0.140, you may download the current eClaims transmission software that supports TLS 1.2 on any system that transmits electronic claims by clicking here. Unzip this file directly into the local XLDent directory on any eClaims system, replacing all existing files. To update ERA file harvests, please perform a second unzip into the local XLDent\ERA directory as well, replacing all existing files.
