Security update for Real-Time Eligibility and Claim Status
Sep 09, 2019Real-Time Eligibility and Real-Time Claim Status transactions will be discontinuing support for TLS 1.0/1.1 on the following schedule:
- Real-Time Claim Status - Will require TLS 1.2 effective 9/21/19
- Real-Time Patient Eligibility - Will require TLS 1.2 effective 9/28/19
To ensure secure, uninterrupted access to these XLDent integrations, please update your Internet Explorer browser on all systems to Version 11.0.
