Statement Notes Can Be One Time or Recurring
Apr 28, 2017You can easily add Statement Notes for one time or as a recurring note. This is a great way to relay a personal message on a patient's statement. Access the Statement Note area from the Patient Toolbar or the Post Treatment Toolbar.
The Statement Note will appear one time on a patient statement, and then the text will be removed.
To have the note appear on ALL statements for the patient, place a check mark in the Recur box. Once checked, the note will print on all future statements for the patient, until the Recur box is unchecked.
In the Review Statements area, personal messages may be added in the Statement Edit dialog. Notes added from here will be removed after the Statement is printed.
