We’re writing to let you know about a required verification step needed for voice calls.
What is changing?
Today, we were informed that our voice provider is requiring verification of each caller ID starting Monday, October 20, 2025. This is a one-time, <2-minute process per number but is necessary to ensure voice calls are not blocked.
What you need to do:
1) Within XLConnect, you will see the following message:
