Sep 14, 2017XLDent wants to help you be better equipped to answer patient claim questions. We are proposing to reorganize the Patient Claim area to make it easier to view and find information. We want to know what you think about a proposed update to the Paid Claims.
Currently, the Paid Claims default column order has the payment details at the end of the row, separated from claim Value.
We'd like to make it easier for you to find what you're looking for and easier to answer patient questions like "How much did my insurance pay?" or "How much do I owe?" The proposed default order would have Value, Paid Amount, Adjustment Amount and Paid Date next to each other.
