Alternate Payment Description can be added for a Payment or Credit
Sep 14, 2016Right-clicking the Description field of a Payment and/or Credit invokes the Alternate Payment Description window. Alternate Payment Descriptions show in the Patient History and replace the standard description on the Collection Detail Report, Audit Transactions Report, Patient Receipt and Patient Statement.
Note: If it is necessary to access the Alternate Payment Description from history, right-click on any field of the Payment/Credit line.
