Email patient communications directly from XLDent!
Nov 27, 2017You can easily email things like the patient receipt, patient letters, treatment plans, and more directly from XLDent to the patient.
If the selected patient has an address in the email field, the letter or document can be sent as a PDF.
Select Print - To Screen
Click the Email button to launch a new email message.
The To box will populate with the patient's email address. If this document should be going to someone other than the patient (for example, a Provider Referral or Employer), update the email address in the To: box.
Also, did you know that you can email a patient directly from the Patient Record? Click the Email hyperlink to create a new blank email to the patient.
Note: Microsoft Outlook must be installed for all email functionality to work.
