Diligent XLDent Client Takes on IMCare

Recently Kim B., a very much appreciated XLDent user from Grand Rapids, MN, put forth great individual effort to resolve a processing issue with Itasca County IMCare secondary claims. The IMCare requirements for secondary claims changed in July 2015 when they started asking for detailed, line item primary payment information.
XLDent worked with Change Healthcare (formerly Emdeon), to confirm that no other dental carrier required this information and no other PM software provided it. Through Kim’s diligence and willingness to work with IMCare and Change Healthcare directly, the process was changed. Claims will now be accepted electronically without the detailed primary payment information, and IMCare has provided a portal for offices to transfer the necessary line item detail directly.
