XLCharge™ Integrated Credit Card Processing Program

PEB XLDent™ has partnered with TransFirst Health Services, a healthcare specific payment processing firm, to provide seamless integration for credit card transactions.

This integrated program combines specialized software with a card-reading device that easily attaches to your computer. The integrated features of this service save valuable time for your staff and patients at check out, and will lead to fewer bad debt accounts.

There is no longer a need for standalone point-of-sale terminals and dedicated phone lines to process your payments. Using advanced IP-based technology, making a payment is simple and immediate. This service includes important features such as real-time reporting, low processing rates, and gross deposits to the bank account of your choice.


XLCharge™ gives healthcare providers the required tools to expedite cash flow, reduce accounts receivable, minimize check-out time, and increase office efficiency!

Equipment

Your office will be provided with a card reader to process all swiped transactions. This reader is easily attached to your computer via USB port. Users will also have the ability to manually enter payment information for phone/mail payment methods.

Application

To make this program convenient, TransFirst Health Services is alleviating the need for personal financials or audited tax returns. Simply complete the enrollment data pages and return to XLDent™ Support. We will complete the TransFirst Health Services Application for Merchant Agreement and return to you for signature. Once reviewed and signed, simply return to us via fax.
